Authorities Say Teens Mocked Disabled Man As He Drowned

Authorities in Florida say a group of teenagers apparently did not break any laws when they mocked and made a video recording of a disabled man drowning in a pond.  "Florida Today" reports the minute long video made by the unidentified 14 to 16 year olds on July 9th showed up on social media last weekend.

The teens are heard laughing off camera as the man screams before going under water.  Police say the teens made no effort to notify authorities as they watched 32 year old Jamel Dunn die.
